Recovering

Our family has started recovering and rebuilding our lives, post-Typhoon Ondoy (or Hurricane Ketsana).
It’s not as easy as looking for a medical assistant training school, but we’re taking small steps. Hopefully in a few months, we’ll be back to normal.

Because of all the bad news about the typhoon, I’ve been trying to keep myself busy so I won’t end up insane with worry.
I’ve been reading books, going out a bit, and also volunteering to help repack relief goods for rescue operations in Manila.

Our country was hit by a really bad typhoon a few days ago, which affected most of the Luzon area in our country.
