I just got back from my church’s retreat, a weekend of spiritual cleansing. So here I am, thrown back into the world, and I feel amazing.

It was probably one of the most fulfilling weekends I’ve ever had. I had to share a hotel room with 8 other girls, and we only had 2 queen beds, and 2 cots. So it was a rather tight fit. It was fun, though. I felt comfortable with the other girls, despite having only met them the day.

I think my only regret was not bringing any of our netbooks. I only found out that the hotel was wifi-enabled a few hours before we had to leave. But it really wasn’t that big of an issue, I guess if I had brought a laptop, I would have bonded with my roommates less, and spent more time on my own.
