Last year, I got the best answer to the question,”where you can get chocolate dipped cherries?”

The answer: you make them!

My dad and I usually use up my days off to bond over chocolate experiments. We’ve made chocolate covered cherries, chocolate covered peanut butter, truffles, and a few other easy to make confections.

It is heaven. My favorite has to be the cherries, though.
