Food talk

The past few weeks, I have been carefully watching my food intake. I am less concerned by the amount of calories I take in but more concerned about the nutritional facts of the food I’m taking in. I don’t really care much about the amount of calories, though I am paying more attention to the amount of sugar and sodium I am consuming.

It’s weird to be concerned about eating healthy at 23 years old, but I have to admit that it has some great benefits.

Recording an album

I want to record my own album soon.

I’ve already found my own guitarist – he needs a profire 2626, I think. And we’re setting it up soon.

I am really excited for this. I hope this comes into fruition. This is just for fun, though. We don’t plan to make money off it. Just someone trying to fulfill a very simple dream.

Babies. Cute.

Working in a very family friendly office has exposed to the joys of babies. Babies! Cute little human beings.

If I had a baby I would buy Glenna Jean Finley. I dunno. I just thought I’d throw that thought in.

But seriously, my coworkers’ babies? Beyond adorable. I just want to pinch them, but I’m afraid they’d start crying and hate me for the rest of their lives.

Because I don’t smoke

I have to find another form or stress relief.

As much as I’d like to sit around and smoke Dutch Masters on a bad day, I value my health too much to compromise it.

Instead, I will go to the gym and sweat out this frustration. Then I’ll come out looking awesome, albeit sweaty and smelly. And fatigued. At least I’ll sleep peacefully tonight.

Win-win, eh? I know.

Tech woes

I have a pretty nifty dual core setup, which is awesome. But I’d like to improve it. Can anyone help be speed up my computer?

Or should I just bite the bullet and buy a whole new i7 setup? I have just realized how much I hate, loathe, despise, dislike AMD. With a passion.

Seriously, AMD. Seriously. You guys are cruel, cruel people.

Insurance, insurance, insurance

I’ve been looking into stuff like liability insurance from TechInsurance.com…. but I am most concerned especially about securing travel insurance, especially since I am leaving the country in November for 14 days.

And I believe it’s necessary to secure travel insurance before I even set foot in the airport. Haha.

What’s a good deal for travel insurance? I would like to know. Any input, friends?

My unoriginal business concepts.

I’ve always wanted to start a cheap custom t-shirts design company. But I’m afraid that I don’t have enough talent to make good-looking, interesting, and witty t-shirts that people would buy.

If only I could find someone with the design smarts to work on this with me, we’d be rich by now.

It’s such a shame that I have such good ideas but no talent to pull it off. Crying shame.

Car? Driving? No.

It’s been months since I got my driver’s license, and honestly, I am still scared of the road. I haven’t done anything to my car – no new Pirelli Angel tires, I haven’t fixed that faulty lock. I probably should start doing something to that poor vehicle and actually drive it, instead of having friends drive me around in it. I get it. I’m pathetic.
