I’ve been eating a lot lately.. I’ve been trying to cook up gourmet desserts, so I’ve been thinking of having gourmet desserts delivered.

Anyway, does anyone have any gourmet recipes that they’d like to share? The holidays are coming so I’ll have more time in my hands to cook and bake.

So if anyone has any recipes they’d like to share, feel free to drop me an email or a comment.

Being busy means I don’t get to spend much time with my friends. Luckily, most of us are single professionals with our own smartphones, so we usually end up doing audio conference calls when we don’t see each other and need to have meetings and such.

However, I will be taking some time off this Christmas to spend time with family and friends. I can’t believe Christmas is so near, the year has gone by so quickly.

It seems like I do an entry on Christmas shopping every year.

Anyway, it’s November and I have to get started on my Christmas list! I’ll be giving gifts to family, coworkers and only a few close friends this year.

Of course, I won’t be giving out michael kors watches. That’s for someone special, who isn’t around yet. Maybe next Christmas? I don’t know.

I got my credit card today. Now I’m practicing the art of responsible spending. I am so tempted to purchase Aaron Robinson’s We Are Racing Ghosts album. But I am waiting for Marit Larsen’s Spark so that means I have to choose just one. I also was not able to purchase a Diabot from Meg. Drat.

Oh well. I might as well get outdoor antennas as well.

I received a prophetic message last Saturday. It honestly made me feel so encouraged I had to write transcribe the whole recording – all 7 minutes of it! I am excited for God to continue working in my life, despite this Thyroid imbalance.

I’ve also cracked open a new journal and bought a new one. I finally filed away my old Moleskine. I didn’t like it. It was so full of anger and resentment – I’m leaving that behind.

It was a total waste of time. I could have spent those hours looking for Host/Hostess Jobs that I do not need – and thought it was time well-spent.

This means I won’t be going to the book signing.

I should have spent the afternoon reading Yancey or MacArthur. Le sigh. Mr. Sparks, what is happening? That wasn’t bittersweet. That sucked.

I have a lot of video projects lined up for this month. It’s been my dream to mobilize an audio-video team in my current workplace and it’s finally coming into fruition = slowly, but surely. It’s time to show our volunteers’ talents on the website.

I’m not hosting our videos in Youtube though because of so many methods available to download videos from youtube. I want to avoid that. I’ll probably use another host to protect our videos once we start working on them.

I’ve been wanting to buy Wreck This Journal for a long time. Probably as much as a lingerie freak would want to buy sexy bodystockings. But I am happy with my journal at the moment and I still have a couple of blank journals lined up at the moment – it’ll probably take years for me to use Wreck This Journal.

Oh well.

Having been single for the past 7 years, I am absolutely clueless on the concepts of modern dating…

Well, not absolutely since I do see my friends date. My personal decision to not date until I’m financially and emotionally stable hasn’t caused me to live a hermit-like lifestyle and crawl under a rock.

I don’t understand the concept of free dating, though. What exactly does free dating mean? Because I know that dating doesn’t usually come with the word free.

I’ve been looking for a nice pair of new headphones for a while. I still love Sennheiser, but I feel like I’d like to explore other brands…

Maybe Beats headphones? I don’t know. I still feel loyal to Sennheiser and JBL, but who knows?

But I probably won’t get a new one for a long time, what with my vet expenses and all.
