I’d like to share what has been keeping my foobar busy these days.

• Van Canto
  Van Canto is a German a capella metal band. A capella and metal, sound so weird put together. When my brother showed me the link to their Nightwish cover, I cracked up. It was a little weird at first, but I’ve grown to like them.
• Explosions In The Sky
  They’re an instrumental post-rock band. I usually listen to them while I’m working. I find it much easier to concentrate.
• Amiina
  Amiina is a string quartet. They’re Icelandic (like Sigur Ros). They play mostly instrumentals as well. I love how their music sounds.
• Mogwai
  A post-rock band from Glasgow, they usually play guitar-based instrumentals. I love their song, The Sun Smells Too Loud.

As you can see, I’ve been listening mostly to instrumentals for the past few months. Well, in addition to other songs I have in my hard drive. I’m open to different genres, though. So if you have anything to recommend…
